Opensynth Neko 2
The Opensynth Neko 64 based on an AMD Opteron Single or Dual Processor(s) up to 2.0GHz in a keyboard-housing, fitted with semi-weighted, synth-action keyboard (61 key or 76 key). In fact the Neko 64 was at first a high-end PC with up to 16 GByte RAM, more drives (floppy, harddisk and more), five full-lenght PCI-slots, high-performance Audio I/O-card, CD-burner, MIDI In, Out (2x), Thru, support for external monitor, internal graphical user interface, Firewire-port, USB-ports and many more, running with Microsofts Windows XP. The design of the Neko 64 was high integrated with all devices for professional recording from idea to the final CD. It's all a question of the used software and you could use many, for example all the softsynths on the market. The Neko 64 features up to 128 voice polyphony, sampling, recording and finally mastering - all in one piece of hardware.
