|Belgium, a land of the analog? After the Sherman Filterbank now Lassence (distributed by Blue Bay) presents the µ-Ventury II, an analog synthesizer in a metal case - solid state, patchable. What's going on on this device? At first we have a VCO/LFO with a bandwith from 1 Hz to 50 kHz in VCO-mode and 0,01 Hz to 500 Hz in LFO-mode. The VCO have inputs for FM, Hard- and Gated Sync and the output brings continously variable sine to square or square to sawtooth waveforms. It works with 1V/Octave. The Filter works with 12 dB/Oct. and could be used as High-, Band-, Low-Pass- and Notch-Filter simultaneously (for outputs available). The filter-mode itself is continously variable. External Sources could be patched (Line/Mic-Levels) with Envelope Follower and Gate-Generator. Two Ring Modulators (one AC, one DC, last one also usable as VCA), Wavemultiplier, ADSR-Envelope Generator, VU-Meter (hardwired to the Low Pass Filter) and finally the rigid metal case for transportation. You could be sure to have an analog synth with some interesting features not found everywhere.
